Join our strong hearts classes coming soon! Taught by a physiotherapist with experience teaching Phase 3 classes and with a certificate from the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR), these classes are designed to build upon the strong exercise foundations given in Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab classes!

The classes are set to begin on the 6th May 2025, at a cost of just £12.50 per class. Classes are held at Skipton Academy on a Tuesday evening.
