Join our strong hearts program coming soon! Taught by a physiotherapist with experience teaching Phase 3 classes and with a certificate from the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR), this course is 12 weeks long and builds upon the foundations given in Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab classes!

The next 12 week course begins in May 2025, at a cost of just £12.50 per class. Once the strong hearts program (12 classes) has been completed, participants are then free to continue to attend weekly classes, paying on the door at a reduced price, with no contracts.
